About this Course

Originally released as part of the 2024 AMTA Symposium. Many music therapists work in community-based settings, encountering ethical issues in their everyday work. This session will explore common ethical questions and ethical considerations in these settings. Participants will explore a decision-making model, assess how their biases impact their ethical decision-making, work through case examples, and reflect on their learning.
